An incredible experience in my first purchase from Ian Farrell yesterday. Communication was first class with Phil and it was lovely to meet him too when he delivered my car. Nothing is too much trouble and they went over and above my expectations with service. MOT and road tax and generally replacing tyres etc . This company know about customer service and after having a few poor experiences with other dealers over the past few weeks. I am over the moon to find my new best friend when I need to buy another car. A credit to your industry.

Faultless service from start to finish. My parents have purchased multiple vehicles from Ian Farrells for over 45 years and have had nothing less than a 5 star service. No pushy sales techniques, no false promises and they always going above and beyond. Neil continues to retain the reputation of the business, running to the highest standards with a great selection of vehicles. Also it is lovely to see his father is still overlooking the operations.
